  • All medical decisions are made between you and your healthcare providers
  • We encourage you to consult with qualified medical professionals before making healthcare decisions

6. Payments and Fees

  • Service fees for coordination and facilitation
  • Payments to healthcare providers for medical services
  • Travel and accommodation costs

You agree to pay all applicable fees as described during the booking process. Payment terms may vary depending on the services requested.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the healthcare providers and service partners involved. Generally:

  • Service fees may be non-refundable once coordination work has begun
  • Medical procedure deposits may be subject to the cancellation policy of the healthcare provider
  • Travel arrangements are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers
  • Refunds for medical services are determined by the healthcare providers, not MediTravel
